Sanuki corp is horrible. Everything was going sort of all right in a search for a car for me to import. Found a car around christmas 2023/24 things seemed good until I was lied too and it was too late! They had my money! I finally got the car mid august. Car was supposed to have low km and 'no' rust! That's wat they told me "it's an really good car sir". Car had 200,000 more km than it was supposed to! And it was in a flood and full of really bad rust. Things were doctored to look good in pictures... And now i'm spending over $12,000- to $15,000 to repair it over and above the 30k I purchased the car for. Once I started asking for who was responsible and that something needed to be done to fix this situation and possibly get some money back I was ghosted! They won't talk, they don't care. They got there money! And I severely lost out! I would not suggest this company to anyone no matter how good the deal sounds! They even made a post on facebook and twitter that I gave them 5 stars for excellent service and that I was happy! No I was not! Zero stars! Do not give them a dime or your time! They filled me with lies and miss information they even with held information from me and I found out. Sanuki corporation out of bando ibaraki japan if you see this do the right thing!
Claimed loss: I'm looking at $12,000-$15,000 to keep this car out of the junkyard. It is unregisterable and cannot be driven and needs to be repaired.
Desired outcome: I would like to be contacted by them and have them correct this situation and do the right thing and make up for their lies they fed me and return some of my money.
