On March 07, 2024 we send bank wire transfer for truck payment. After Sanuki Corporation received the payment they informed us the truck is not available and they recommend other trucks but we was not interested, there was reason. So we asked them to refund the money and we will use to purchase the truck from the other dealer. To make the story short we haven’t got our money back. Their reasons is, it take long time for the bank to return the money. They said the bank suspects money laundering if ask to return the money to customers. It’s already over a month we have been going back and forth with Sanuki Corporation. Please help us to get our money back. Hope to hear results soon.

The banks, the police, everyone I had talked to say that suing Sanuki is the only option, which is what I'm doing right now. These liars have stolen a huge amount of money and will have to pay dearly, interest and all.

Please advise if you managed to receive the refund as I am in the exact same situation. They just keep lying and coming up with excuses to not return the money. This is a criminal organization.

Ours is a classic bait-and-switch. We saw a car in February 2024, Sanuki confirmed they had it, we wired US$14,500, they said car no longer available and it's been them lying to us over and over and over again until now (July 15).

These people are Sri Lankan, the site is incorporated in India, zero Japanese anything. On WhatsApp, every word they utter is a complete lie.
