Department Of Children And Families review: Racial injustice and accountability

I’m in a similar situation where DCF stole my infant this past December 2021. Massachusetts needs extreme reform regarding DCF. The investigator showed up at my home one time, claimed I had a psychosis, forced me into the hospital and took my child of 7 weeks. I hate their organization with every ounce of my being. They took my child and placed him with an estranged family member whom I have no regard for. Forced me into the hospital on false pretenses which I was later discharged without an alleged “psychosis”

It’s been 7 months now! I don’t use drugs, never have and am a single working mother. DCF has no grounds to substantiate or withhold my child from me.

My infants entire first sensitive time in life

was stolen from us and he was handed off to numerous workers and wildly inconsiderate organization. They lessened my visits to once a week in 7 months time, yet give me praise on progress, which is nonsense. You don’t reward progress with less visitation. Dummies.

What’s worse IS NO ONE HOLDS THEM ACCOUNTABLE! These people and department are legitimate A-holes who are basically legal kidnapper creeps that our working class front the bill for.

What they call progress I call just living my normal life. They would have seen that had they not rushed the protective care order and shoved me in the hospital with hopes I wouldn’t be able to fight for my one and only child. DCF can literally go to hell over and over again. I hate them! Way to waste tax payer money hemmoraging resources to their waste. I have a social worker, court case worker, parent aids, family continuety worker, attorney, court investigator, 2 therapists, a psychiatrist, and ZERO progress to get my child home. That is literally insane! What a waste of money and time. More than that my relationship with my infant was stolen from me. There’s nothing left on my end to do. I’ve done all tasks on the action plan and obeyed all requests. Even the judge recently wants to know WTF is going on with DCF. They place children back with parents that end up on the news yet take the children away from loving, nurturing parents. Way to go DCF, great epic failure of an organization to do anything productive in family lives. Some people need DCF. ME AND MY BABY aren’t one of them. They need to go tf awayyyyy! Uggggghhhh!

These next 2 months should be interesting. Can’t wait for them to do more illogical and inconstant behaviors against their own damn protocol. They have zero medical support to their claim of severe mental illness. I have nurses, psychiatrists and forensic psychology reports all stating my mental ability is completely stable and they’ve never witnessed a “severe mental illness”.

If you’re gonna steal a baby on a claim of severe mental illness you better have supporting evidence. They have ZERO!

No attorney wants to deal with DCF because this is what they do. Make up [censored] stories to support their cause for child trafficking and collect govt money.

The governor of Mass and our juvenile courts have grossly failed this state by letting such injustice continue and quite often. It’s embarrassing to be going through this and the Greater Lowell dcf office are the worst. The supervisor is completely unreliable and provides no effort to close a case that doesn’t render further investigation. It doesn’t help that, me and my parent-aide are literally the only ethnic people involved. The entire court room, staff and department personnel, including my attorney are all overly-privileged, white people. Basically everyone in this case. 10+ people. I’m not prejudice but I’d need to be literally blind not to see the racial skewity involved in my case. It got really bad here in Mass the last 5 years with racial injustices and prejudices of our states Governing departments. It’s gross and super annoying Morse so disappointing.
