Department of Human Resources of Etowah County review: Custody

My daughter had her newborn baby taken from her minutes before being released from hospital. They told her that she tested positive on her first visit to the doctor office. She then asked the nurse if they tested her and the baby in which they told her they did and both were negative and my daughter tested negative all other times. The baby is healthy. No signs of neglect or abuse. She went full term. He was not low birth weight. My daughter was honest with her doctors from day one told them everything and remain clean through out her pregnancy. They waited until the last minute and the worker couldn't even tell her why she was there. Now the newborn child is in states custody.
