Designs By Humans review: T-shirts

I ordered two tshirts from this company and when I received them , they were low quality prints, faded and the wrong color by far.

I reached out to customer service for almost two weeks and didn’t get one response on how to return the items .

Very frustrating.

I am very disappointed in the print quality and would just like a refund and information on how to send back
