Dear LBC,
I want to complain in your office about thisTRACKING NUMBER: [protected], was not delivered last Monday June 20, 2022 and June 21, 2022. According to the status and remarks that I'm not responding to their calls and texts which is not true because I did not receive any call or text from them. I visited yesterday June 23, 2022 at LBC warehouse and then I'm asking for the call history and sms but the warehouse and the rider did not provide me with the proof. The staff provided this address Km 10 Jp. Laurel Ave., Sasa, Davao City instead the right warehouse address is located at Km6 J.P. Laurel Avenue, Lanang Davao City, please update the current address before providing to the client to avoid confusion, wasting time and fare. Also, I want to correct that I'm the one who picked up the parcel.
I've been using your company for a long time but this is the worst experience.
Please take some actions regarding this incident.
