Because I wanted to complain about the products, and tehn teh customer service I received at no point will a Senior Manager call me, so i always get a senior customer advisor they do not want to listen and take on board my complain in thew end they just get rude.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
That's disgusting.Not only selling is the point, but especially the service. What has been Your complaint in detail? I think, I could give You a hint.
I could not agree more. My delivery was left on the door step for several hours in the hot sun. When i contacted Diet Chef by phone I was treated with great discourtesy. I emailed and received ill wriiten replies, even from one purporting to be from the customer service manager. It has not filled me with confidence about their products and I have cancelled further orders.

TO HIGH IN CARBS BUT WOULD LIKE THE SNACKS WHAT IS THE COST OF THEM PER MONTH STEM GINGER BISCUITS CHOC CHIP BISCUITS AND CHOC BARS

I called customer services at diet chef after emailing so many times and them not replying. I can honestly say they are the most rudiest people I have spoken to regards to customer services. the reason why I called and complained is that the bolenaze sauce has pork and bacon in it. it does not tell you this when ordering.. Beware!. Halal eaters!. She told me she can not take a return as the packet clearly states pork and bacon. I could taken them to C A B because it is by law that they list this at time of ordering. it is no good to me after the packet arrives does it?I cancelled the following months supply
