Diet Pill review: Supposedly backed by Oprah.

Received 5 bottles of diet pills. I did not open package, because I only ordered 1 and was told to return the entire package. I returned package on 3-21-23.

After a week I called the number on my bank statement. I was told that they hadn't received it yet. Called the following week and each week since. On the 28th of March I was told that they had received my return, but the return department hadn't notified customer service to go ahead with refund. It is now May 2nd and the number didn't work today. Now what? I have 2 charges on my bank account $49.68 and $198.78. Hoe can companies do this?
