Digicel representative advised that I have an account with the Mobile Carrier in my name and is still active for use. I had planned to visit the country and use the number since I have an account; the representative advised me to make top-up online which I had to enter my bank account information. The representative told me that I could get the physical Sim-card and the eSim information in December once I visit the country. December 9, 2022, I checked the account online and someone is using the number. The customer currently has access to my online account and I am not able to remove my bank details. The representative lied to me. Telephone subscribed [protected]. This customer has access to my account information, and this could result fraudulent.
Desired outcome: Refund my amount to the original method of payment
