The company advertised the best sport streaming on the net. I signed on to watch Super Rugby. The schedules often don't match what is streaming. The streaming itself is off as much as it is on. Complaints are not even replied to. I have contacted the complaints section without much success. When I requested a reimbursement for my subscription I was fobbed off. I will not be renewing my annual subscription.

Generally speaking, I've found the UK channels to be reasonable (although not many in HD), although there is occasional buffering. However, I've particular problems with UK Eurosport channels - ranging from excessive buffering to no sound to wrong language/programme and finally showing the Disney Channel for several days! They responded to a help ticket and say that they have now resolved the latter problem.
BUT there's a big problem with their payment system! firstly, they offer prices quoted in USD, but they use a payment processor in Beijing (!) which actually charges your card in Chinese yuan - producing a different cost in USD (or any other currency), depending on your card company's exchange rates/policy.
THEN they don't accept pre-paid cards - without saying so on their website. I need to use one, following a bad experience at the last renewal where my card was compromised with a large fake purchase in Beijing! Fortunately my card issuer's fraud dept spotted it in time, so I didn't lose anything, but it was an inconvenience as I had to have the card replaced at an awkward time. They are suggesting paying by Paypal or Bitcoin (!), but Paypal would still be open to compromise. [I also immediately had a stream of attempted hi-jackings of various high profile online accounts, which lasted for weeks.]
Their responses to help tickets take a few hours (up to a day) but the big problem is that they are written by someone who clearly does not speak English in daily life - and therefore are hard to follow (and certainly don't address all the issues/questions raised or offer much explanation or comment).
I'd like to renew as it's reasonable value for money - but I'm uncertain about the company. Although it says its address is in Las Vegas, I suspect that it's actually run from China - which may account for their ability to provide these streams outside normal arrangements!

I found it's very effective & cheap compare between other providers.
Got caught into this scam as well. The channels keep buffering and I still have not accessed to ANY channels to view any football games. Requesting support with no luck. Requesting refund with no luck. Going to be contacting attorney to possibly file a class action lawsuit if they do not contact me regarding the issues within 24-48 hours. DO NOT USE THIS APPLICATION UNLESS YOU FULLY INVESTIGATE IT'S LEGITIMACY.
My above comment should be disregarded. If you are only using the application for NFL football it works perfect. If you try other channels you might experience some issues. Their tech support takes a little time to respond so please be patient. the video quality is great and the streaming is flawless. I strongly recommend this application for hardcore NFL viewers. I apologize for the above remarks and if you have any questions or issues go through the chat portal, the tech is very helpful and patient. Thanks for your assistance DigitalDirectTV.
I have same issue.. Have tried NFL channels on their recommended IPTV app, my MAC, My iPhone. etc...
All stall and buffer... Have been sending emails to support. This weekend is the worst yet...
If I use my iPhone with NFL App can stream to my phone no issues nor stalls... Not my network is something in their servers. If you just want to stream games to your phone get ExpressVPN set to city you want and then load teams app.
I used Patriots app... Least I can watch the game will be canceling this service and looking for something else.. .
I signed up for this service back in Aug. before preseason football games started. Wanted to see the Eagles games as I live outside Atlanta. Every week there is a problem with buffering. You get about 15 to 20 seconds of the game and then it freezes. Every week they tell you what to do and it never works continues to screen freeze. Very frustrating. They have a chat guy which is a joke. He will tell you to try again we switched to different program and still screen freezes. You contact again and he say he will, check it out and then he never comes back. Every week I drive myself crazy trying to get the Eagles game and every week I spend 2 hours or more before I give up. Don’t waste your money it is a scam and a ripoff.
Most of the complaints indicated above are absolutely valid and are what I experience continuously-very frustrating trying to watch and enjoy any rugby world cup games. Some confirmation of problems : Continuous and lengthy repeated buffering - either pic and no sound or sound and no pic - creating screen freezing - no response to various queries after creating support tickets - channels dedicated to RWC 1.2.3 and ITV4 show something completely different. I find this public service atrocious and disturbing that these can get away with this absolute rippoff in this modern age. Been able to view any matches undisturbed so far impossible.
I am so disappointed with Direct TV. With this ongoing contract negotiation between TEGNA and Direct TV, I was told I didn't qualify for the 10 credit, and could not get a free antenna sent to because of a 81.00 bill that I a payment arrangement for. I pay 200.00 a month and have been a loyal customer for many years. The price keeps going up and the contract mess is not my fault. Looking for other service.
