Dining Plus review: credit card fraud 1

I credit card holder got a call in this month on 14th feb'2012 from a executive of dinning plus card regarding issuing a 'lucrative offers' in his name at free of cost (the same was confirmed to me repeatedly) though initially I showed no interest but they said there are 5 benefits at absolutely free of cost including vouchers for 3 nights stay along with many other benefits. When I received a message on my cell on 17th feb 2012 which charged to me of rs. 5, 499- towards the dining plus. I had shared no information except credit card number (did not disclosed my cvv no). The dinning plus card authorities has cheated and misused my credit card number and made an unauthorised transaction.
