Direct Shopping Network review: Advertised vs Actual

I bought 2 loose diamonds, that according to the DSN rep, were .25 carats and G-H color. Guess what ! Took them to one of the best jewelers in town. Carat weight on one was .20 and the other .21 and color? a whopping O-P color. The appraiser told me that these were poor quality stones. Total value for both stones? $450. When I called DSN, rep's rude response was " guess you can send them back! " and hung up. Needless to say, I won't be shopping with these rip offs again.
