The service came with 30 day satisfaction or your money back guarantee. On October 25, 2022 I I submitted a support ticket requested a full refund. I have called left voice message and sent emails to both DIRECTPAY and Satish Gaire but have been roundly ignored. My goal is for DIRECTPAY and The Gaire Group to uphold their 30 day money back guarantee
