This company is an eBay seller that I made a purchase from. They have been bombarding my inbox with spam ever since. Not all of their emails had unsubscribe links. If there was no unsubscribe link, I would send them a nasty message, and demand to be removed from their junk mailing list. Sometimes they would reply, and tell me to unsubscribe, but, like I said, not every email had an unsubscribe link. After receiving emails that had unsubscribe links, I unsubscribed at least six times, and they still continued to bombard my inbox with unwanted spam. Very irate, at this point, I would call their 800 number, and request to speak with a manager, or the General Manager, sometimes I would be on hold for forty-five minutes, or longer. I would explain my problem to the manager, and they would seem sympathetic, and told me the spam would stop. I have probably spoken to six managers now, and their spam keeps coming! This is a clear violation of eBay's policy of not sending email to eBay account holders. Every time I would see an unwelcome message from them, I would report it to eBay. I have been trying to get Ebay to terminate their eBay account, but eBay does nothing to remedy the situation. I think they don't wan't to lose the tire sellers business. I just want the harassment to stop.
Desired outcome: To be perpetually removed from their mailing list, or to be compensated $1500.00 per violation.
