I have been receiving calls from "Doctors Network" every day for several weeks. The number that shows on the caller id is [protected]. When I pick up the call, there is no one there. When I try to return the call, I hear a beep and then I'm disconnected. It's driving me crazy! How do I get these calls to stop? Thank you.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
These idiots have been at my number for about two weeks, almost every day. I HAVE asked to be taken off their call list, every single time. This last call from a 512 area code actually hung up on me when I told her to stop calling. They always come back with a new number. Homeless guy: love your review of them.
"These idiots"
Miss Jean, I wonder did you talk to any of them and understand the purpose of the call? Or did you decide to brush them off and give them hard time, instead of communication hanging up right after saying "take me off the list"
I just received a call from this same Drs Network Group .
I asked the gentleman for his supervisor and the story is the same - all about PPOs info, asking questions regarding my health, wanting to set me up on a telemedicine call .
I informed him that I wanted to speak to one of the Drs . .He stated that I could not do that, I also asked to speak to the pharmacy he again said I could not do that either . Then I asked him for a form covering HIPPA protection and he said not to worry about it ...WRONG ANSWER...
I am a doctor so beware
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION !
If your insurance wants information they will contact the right way .
Also notice the number I was called on was [protected] then the person told me it was a Houston number. WRONG ANSWER I lived in Houston not a valid number. Both individuals I spoke with could barely speak English that could be a problem since I live in America and the call center sounded like it was over seas.
PLEASE BECAREFUL with this SCAM
In every workplace there will always be rookies who make mistakes, or those who don't know answers on many questions. However our mistakes don't kill anyone.
"SCAM" is a huge word. How am I scamming you? One thing I will give it to you is about HIPPA protection.
However besides that one aspect how is any of us scamming you? You telling us that you have headache means that tele-medicine doctor will listen to the recording check our the medical questions and prescribe appropriate migraine product. Or a topical pain cream... Or EVEN multivitamin.
I'm sorry for taking 10 minutes of your time to send you products which will help you out for which you are not spending anything, ZERO CO PAYMENT.
I have yet to see a person who went through with it AND THAN SAID that this was scam.
Is that not interesting? That you never see ANYONE POSTING that you know I told them I have back pain and they charged me something or that they send me bad product.. Do you know why nobody says that? Because we do our job once you listen and not try to give us hard time.
Have a lovely Labors day Margeret!
Their Number [protected]
this web sight wont allow their number to be posted, so my question is what is wrong with this picture ?
you know whats wrong with this picture? it's you WEB SIGHT instead of WEBSITE. LMFAO
The Doctors Network is NOT a scam. They sent me multivitamins that I've been taking for 2 weeks now. They are such high quality vitamins that I insert them directly into my [censored] in order to get the 'metabolic' effect as quickly as possible. For the longest time I was mixing them in my yogurt but I didn't feel that I was maximizing the metabolic effect. Remember, they are metabolic vitamins. Inserting your Doctor's Network multivitamins straight into your [censored] will quickly put you in a metabolic surplus. I cannot wait to shove the other 8 medications up my [censored] once they are approved by my insurance company.
The Doctors Network is NOT a scam. They sent me multivitamins (metabolic) that I've been taking for 2 weeks now. They are such high quality metabolic vitamins that I insert them directly into my [censored] in order to get the 'metabolic' effect as quickly as possible. For the longest time I was mixing them in my yogurt but I didn't feel that I was maximizing the metabolic effect. Remember, they are metabolic vitamins. Inserting your Doctor's Network metabolic multivitamins straight into your [censored] will quickly put you in a metabolic surplus. I find myself screaming madly, "PLEASE SAY YES" in public at the most random times. I believe this has something to do with the metabolic effect on my immune system so be aware of this side-effect. I've screamed "PLEASE SAY YES" 13 times just while writing this! I cannot wait to furiously shove the other 8 medications up my [censored] while screaming "YES, PLEASE SAY YES" at the top of my lungs - all I am waiting on is the Doctor's Network to fool my insurance company into thinking that I genuinely asked for these medications and that they have not used scripted rhetoric to induce manipulative insurance coercion over the phone.
Hey, guys. I worked for the Doctor's network, now they are called Pharmacy network, actually. I've read a lot of comments here and you are all complaining about the calls and stuff. Let me tell you something. This pharmacies work with all commercial health plans and the medications they call you to inform about are one of the best, if not the best. Mostly, it is some medical stuff that you cannot get from pharmacies using your insurance coverage, or as they are called "over-the-counter meds". So the benefit people get is covered OTC meds and also covered delivery of those meds. People really don't pay nothing for that. I'm not working there anymore, so I really don't have the reason to lie, I just saw that you are talking s**t about them and decided to share my experience.
Hey Chris since you worked for them can you please tell us if shoving the metabolic vitamins up your bunghole really works? My butt has been bleeding profusely the last couple days and I think it's from the metabolic vitamins. They are metabolic.
@DrLawrenceSherman maybe shoving up the medicine bottle could stop that bleeding there. But you have to shout Metabolic! after shoving it to make it more dramatic ;P
Its a scam! I worked for these idiots in thier Moscow call center. The company is actually called The Care Group based in California I think. I told people I was your benefits provider and tricked you into making a claim that cost thousands for crap you dont really need like hand cream lol. The job seemed legit but I quit when I figured it out. The doctors network actually has nothing to do with it, we were told to say thats who we were.
