Domains G.co/Helppay review: charged my visa

I recently checked my Visa card, and noticed I was charged $12, with tax, so a total of $15.70 from google domains. I have not made this transaction and would like a full refund and if anything is set up, it must have been an accident/ mistake and I would like it to be all deleted so I am not charged again
