Dominion Process Servers review: Updates from their side were rare and unhelpful 7

This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

In an attempt to save a client process serving costs, I called Dominion Process Servers. I should have checked this site first.

"Andrew" was unable to return a document to out offices so that it could be faxed to the other parties. He insisted it had been sent by mail, but 2 weeks later we had never received it. He would not fax the documents.

Other documents to be served were attempted in ways that were highly unprofessional and incompetent. Instead of calling the parties' offices to confirm their schedule, he insisted on just driving around, checking an office, leaving his information and assuming a party would return his call.

Updates from their side were rare and unhelpful, mostly excuses for not executing a simple service or returning documents to us.

I agree with the feedback about Dominion Process Servers.

It is a SCAM company. They are hundreds of online reviews about Dominion Process Servers (DOS) outlining their scam.

There is no business behind the website. The fraudsters, make it appear like they are a Process Server targeting Lawyers, Paralegals and others needing Skip Tracing or Document Serving.

They only accept e-Transfer or payment up front by Interac. The moment you transfer the payment, the communication stops almost immediately.

They are targeting people in Canada and the USA who require Document Serving or Skip Tracing in the Toronto Area.

Avoid at all costs.

They have been reported multiple times to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre and the BBB.

Wish I would have read the reviews before I made the payments.

Hopefully with all the reviews, these crooks will be shut done permanently.

I just was scammed by Dominion Process Servers. All the review are true. They are friendly at the first contact however the moment you e-transfer the money, they stop communication.

I believe that no business exists. It is just a shell for a web scam. I googled their address and that is also fake.

Be warned.

I got scammed as well. Didnt read reviews and signed on because no local servers were taking on new business. Exactly as described. Good communication right up until payment made then nothing. This was 3 days ago so he is still operating.

Dominion Process Servers is the ultimate Scam Company. They lead their victims on by using a "Document Server/Skip Tracing" front to get the victims to e-transfer payment first. Once the payment is received, they drop all contact with you.

I am so surprised that they are still able to operate. Please lets come together to get the lawsuit going.
