Doreen Domer & Associates review: Real estate

My opinion is based on a letter I reviewed. My parents sold their home for 475k. Then Doreen Domer got involved and the price dramatically dropped to 312k. According to the letter, Doreen changed the front page with the lower price. Did she change the front page after everyone signed? I believe my parents lost over 150k because of Doreen.
