I bought a bag of doritos intense pickle yesterday and it says there suppose to be crunchy but they are all soft it's so gross I just wasted my money on this again I am not happy at all
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
If you call the company they will give you a refund, send you a coupon for a free bag of any doritos - don't have to purchase the same ones. Just go to the store and look on a bag for the phone number for customer service. I did it before to just let them know. They send me a full refund coupon. I never used it. I just wanted them to know that the product was not what I expected. You can also check the internet for the phone number.
