Double pane windows review: lousy installation and workmanship 1

The windows were very nice, its just too bad that the installation was so sloppy. I have windows that leak from the top and also the caulking is peeling away. I had ordered replacement windows for my balcony. The installers were very nice and professional and gave me the impression that they were doing a good job. I even gave them a tip for their good service and felt very good about the whole process. As time passed I notice that the windows would leak from the top during prolonged rain and the weather stripping with caulking was separating from the window panes. I had called customer service to put on a drip ledge and specifically told them what I needed. Champion sent a repairman who was very negative and constantly complained about how dumb it was for me to want windows on my balcony and told me eventually my balcony would come down due to the weight of the windows. It took another service call for this same person and another repairman to install a drip ledge that was installed incorrectly because now I still have leaky windows. I dont know if I should call Champion Windows to fix this as I might have better luck if I hire a handyman.
