Dover, DE, Unemployment Agency review: Company needs a staff/employee overhaul

The Dover Delaware unemployment agency is the worst company I’ve ever encountered. They provide zero help with a run-around system that brings you back to the very beginning of the unemployment process after following the steps they tell you to follow. I have now been unemployed for two months and have not received any meaningful help or assistance or a single payment from a company that my tax dollars helped pay their salaries. This company is literally useless and a waste of time.
