Dr. Dot International Massage + Chiropractic team review: Misconduct. Abuse. 1

Dr. Dot is verbally and emotionally abusive to her employees. She is mentally ill in ways that make it extremely unpleasant to work for her. I am an award winning LMT from a prestigious school of massage and employed by a 5 star hotel spa where I regularly see high profile clients who are thrilled with my work. Yet, working for "Dr".Dot, I've been told I am "nothing but a pain in the ###" who can't follow instructions (such as being sent a CONFIRMATION regarding the instructions about how a client will pay, and then being texted with different instructions contradictory to the first set, while you're trying to drive to the job in a place you've never been, with your GPS on, and were told "heads will roll" if you're late, so you are focusing on driving and not text messages) I've been called a time waster, a liar, (I was in a dead zone and didn't receive any of her texts until I got home and was told my explanation was "highly unlikely"... meanwhile I was out of range for about 2 hours of my life. She treats you like youre on a clock 24/7. even though you're given the option of saying no to a job, if you do you will be chastised and threatened to be kicked off the team. Also, quite a few of her wealthy clients expect more than a standard massage . Steer very clear. NOT WORTH IT.
