I hope this massage find a sound . I am customer of your bank - Garden City Branch- Cairo - Egypt since more than 20 years, since it was under the name of developmental bank . Since more than a year I was trying to have an online service and I went to bank many times for that issue. I filled at least 3 times the forms and I Did many calls regarding . Every time Mr. Nader told me that within 24 hours we are going to call you for your password and till now no action . Of course every time I went there a lot of unaccepted explanation for the problem. Once the form has been changed so I have to fill a new one, once my mobile number in the system is wrong so we have to change it and the last that The whole system should be changed . A story of lies that can not be accepted and the issue has not been solved yet
This one side of the story but the other side is darker to get some money for example I have to wait at least 2-3 hours as the time has no value . It reaches a situation that we should bagging to go . recently I went there on the 01 of august to get money from my account, it took me 3 hours to go and when I asked the front desk they told that it should be released in the system and this should be done by the line manager _Mr. Rezak who was outside or have a meeting .
Any way I would to express my great sorry for service at your bank and I am planning to close my account after this long years of being a customers at your Bank

The bank can't afford to get a water fountain in such hot weather, but they can afford to give away large amounts of money to friends and family members without any guarantees !
I live in the UK and I am of an Egyptian origin. When I went to Misr or Alqahera " can't remember" Bank in Alexandria to ask about my Sterling account there, the bank manager in Al Iqbal street, wants my son to marry his daughter !
When I refused to go along with him he made several obstacles to prevent me from withdrawing some of my " OWN" money !
You know what, I managed with the help of my family to transfer the entire amount to the UK !
I love my country and I love the president SISI who is really keeping Egypt safe but I do not like the attitude of people like the bank manager.
Move to a different bank.
