I was expecting to take delivery of the item on 10 July 2022 ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME 4-6 WORKING DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DEPARTURE , but at present I have still not received the goods. Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and after the agreed deadline is a breach under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We agreed at the point that I placed the order that it would arrive within agreed timeframe.
Under the Consumer Rights Act you are required to deliver the item to me at the agreed time. As I have still not received item and it is past the agreed time, I believe you’re in breach of contract.
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act I am giving you a final opportunity to deliver the goods.
I will be entitled to consider our contract at an end and will expect you to refund me the full purchase price of Rs:14850. Time is now essential. Please deliver the item as soon as possible.
