Dr. Sofia Kirk review: I will not be going to this facility again.

Not too long ago I purchased a Groupon offered by POSH, which was 3 treatments for $149. When I went in for the first visit, Posh told me that they were sorry but there was a mistake on Groupon and that they were no longer offering that deal. Instead they offered my 3 treatments for $300. I bought two of these packages for $600, and went ahead and got my first treatment of laser hair removal.

When I went in for my second visit, the doctor there, Dr. Sofia Kirk, told me that they could no longer offer me the packages I purchased last time and said I have to buy 3 treatments for $800. This was ridiculous I argued with her for a while and finally she left to talk to management or something, and when she came back said she would accept the offer I had already paid for, which was 3 treatments for $300. I had my second treatment of laser hair removal done.

When I went in for my third treatment, Dr. Sofia Kirk treated me and I had severe burns on my face. I went back to the facility later that day and showed my burns to Dr. Kirk. I asked for my money back and she rudely refused. I made a a follow-up appointment with her to check my burns, and she was rude to me even then. My burns were healing, but still she would not give me my money back.

I will not be going to this facility again.
