We ordered a very large package for a ton of money. We received a USB with rights to all of the pictures and even ordered an acrylic 20 x 30 metal frame photo that was supposed to be mailed to us which should have taken 4 - 6 weeks to receive and it's now been 14 weeks. I have followed up and was told it would be about 2 weeks to get a response. Still no response.

Please help me get my photo or reimburse me.
