Doors and Windows installed are of average quality, and higher end price... however this is not where my issue lye's.. while installing a window in my back yard while i was at work my neighbor witnessed a few disturbing things..
first, the installer looked to be intoxicated and at least 2 times wobbled over to my hose reel on my side yard and urinated on my hose.
second, and most disturbing was the fact that my wife while paying the head installer, clearly and unmistakingly saw that the man was wearing woman style thong underwear sticking out of his dirty jeans.
not cool... my wife now refers to our front door that was installed as the creepy door.
it would be nice if they screened their installers better
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
There is one window in the area who is known for cross-dressing. I don't know if this is the same guy. His initails are 'RS' . He is a great installer, but not at all an honest person. He has bounced around to different comapnies. I would check your wife's jewlrey box (as well as her underwear drawer), and your 5 fingers if you shook his hand. Again, IF we are talking about the same person.
I contracted for EnergyStar logo on window label and backed by Good Housekeeping. They removed all window labels but one as my proof that I did not get what I paid for. Installation was a nightmare and I am now having all 14 windows that Dream House installed replaced by another company. Anyone want the 14 Dream House Windows for a discounted price? My advice, check all window labels BEFORE you allow them to remove even one window. If the window label does not have the Energy Star logo on it then it is NOT backed by Good Housekeeping. READ complaint sites to find out more about this company and call Dept. of Consumer Affairs regarding complaints.

If you were ripped off by Firas Emachah or any of his brothers you should file criminal charges with the police department in addition to filing a complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs. Just maybe, if enough people come forward and file complaints him, the judge won[t be so easy on him.
