I was charged $29.99 for "Your MediaWidget | Easy iPod Transfer subscription has been automatically renewed." As far as I was aware this was a 1-time fee that I paid for a 1-time service over 3 years ago. I was unaware of any automatic renewal fee. I don't understand how these software companies can get away with automatic renewals. The credit card information they have on file isnt even up-to-date since this was originally purchased over 3 years ago, and yet they were able to scam my bank into accepting the charge. Companies should NOT be allowed to get away with this. So much for consmer protection!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
this company has fraudulently charged my cc card and I cant get my cc company to credit me my money!

work at all. If I do not hear from you within five days I will contact the Credit Card Company

Don't buy software from this company. They will charge your card ones again after 3 years
Dri media widget easy took money from my account £23:99. I did not authorise this . I tried the free download but it did not help at all. I do not use the software. I want to be rounded immediately and no further amounts to be taken from my account.
