On Sept 30, 2022 I pulled a copy of my annual Credit Report from all 3 agencies and found Hard Inquiries listed for companies I had never contacted nor applied for credit with. Drive Time Credit Corporation/Bridgecrest was one of these. On October 2nd I prepared a letter, mailed on October 3rd regardling this matter, as well as filing a Police Report for Identity Theft.

On 10/14 I recieved a reply from Bridgequest staing they did not have enough information and directing me to call their Customer Service Department, which I did. During this call I informed them that this was an ID Theft issue and was told they needed 1) Copy of credit report 2) Copy of my State Issued Driver's License and 3) A legible copy of my SSN. I out this together with a letter again detailing that this was an ID Theft issue and I required a copy of any and all documentation regarding these applications, and sent it via certified mail.

On 10/25 I recieved a form letter from Bridgecrest which prompeted me to again telephone the Customer Service Department, due to the reply not addressing the application demand. When I contacted them, during the course of our conversation, I was told that I would have to contact the "dealership" and was given the number to our local dealership, because no account had been opened due to not being able to confirm information given on On Line Application.

I immediately called the dealership and nothing was found under my telephone number. I was given the number for DT Credit Customer Relations Department [protected]). Called an was told that, using my SSN, they found 3 seperate applications sumitted on 6/17/22, 9/9/22 and 9/15/22. I was old to send information to Drive Time Credit Coporation and given address so it could be processed by their Legal Department. I Immediately sent a cover letter, explaining the situation again, with the required information, via certified mail.

On 11/10/22 I recieved a return letter and it contained the exact same form letter, on Bridgecrest letterhead, that I had previosuly revied in response to my first inquiry. Neither letter addressed my demand, under the FCRA, to recieve the Applications, filed under my name and with my identifying information.

Desired outcome: The only outcome I desire, at this time, is to have copies of the applications mentioned above, that have my identifying information, be sent to me in accordance with my rights under the FCRA,
