We Purchased a Truck from this Auto Dealership with an Extended Warranty on 11/5/2021. On 12/27/22 the Radiator Cracked and we brought the truck to a certified Chevy Dealer to be fixed in Libertyville, They told us that the Auto Dealer we purchased the warranty from cancelled the warranty same day. I called the Warranty company and they told me they would put our warranty into place after their waiting period and after the Car Dealership sends a check. So they kept our money from the day we bought the truck and never got our warranty. They did offer to take the truck the their dealership for repairs, but with knowing the shady things they are doing, we do not want to have their mechanics repairing the vehicle plus they would not give us a loaner car. We want it fixed at the certified chevy dealer and they will give us a loaner which is part of our service contract.
Desired outcome: The Dealership needs to get the warranty to cover our costs, or pay the other dealership for our repairs
