On Dec 26th I purchased a 2020 Honda Civic from Hendrick Honda of Bradenton Florida. The following day I decided to do some research on the vehicle and to my surprise I noticed a bunch of bad reviews and class action law suits against the type of car and motor that I purchased. And the issue has to do with the 1.5 Honda motor. Basically the reviews mention that if the Honda's motors dipstick smells like gas you have a defective motor because gas is mixing with the oil and will cause major damage to your engine. And the Honda cars dipstick smelled like oil. So I contacted the salesperson that helped me and let him know I was bringing the 2020 Honda civic back. After I returned the car, the dealership changed the oil and video taped the process. The video showed at least 5 quarts of oil drained from the vehicle There is only supposed to be 3.5 quarts so it was apparent that the engine had issues. So I Spoke with the sales manager and the general manager and asked them to release me from the contract since it had only been less than 36 hours since I purchased it and the general manager said its not there policy to release people from the contract and I said really ? Even if the motor is defective ? And he said no and he would not work with me. All I wanted was to be released from the contract and the more I talk to them and the more I look into this it is obvious that they new about the issue.

Desired outcome: If your reputation is important release me from my contract.
