Very rude, unprofessional and lying courier personnel employed by DTDC. My consignment (I19842068) was scheduled to be delivered on 24/11/2023. The courier personnel called stating being public holiday my merchandise would be delivered on 25/11/2023 and he requested for OTP. I refused stating, “I shall provide the OTP only when the merchandise is delivered to me.” The courier personnel hung up on me and updated the status as “customer refused delivery” (I received a message on 25/11/2023). I Immediately raised my concern on e mail (Consignment no - I19842068 with ticket no – [protected]) on 25/11/2023 to which I received a reply from Pooran Kumavat/Customer success team/DTDC express limited on 25/11/2023 stating, “We have received your query, Will cross check the current status of your shipment with concern team will get back to you shortly, kindly bear with us for further updates.” On 29/11/2023 I come to know my merchandise is being returned to sender!
Can there be anything appalling and pathetic than services provided by DTDC
