On 10/29/2022 I ordered a Duraflame Infared Stove Heater w/remote and 3D Flames from QVC, item number V39500, Order Number: [protected], for $173.19; I received the order on 11/07/2022 at my residence but didn’t open the shipment until the next day; when I unboxed the product the mounting screws were missing from the items shipped; 4 mounting screws are required to attach the 4 legs to the bottom base of the heater to safely operate the heater; I contacted QVC customer service at [protected] that day to inform them the 4 screws did not ship with the heater and QVC stated I had to contact Twin-Star to obtain the screws;? I contacted Twin-Star customer service at [protected], articulated the relevant information and problem and they issued me a customer ticket: 761161 and requested the 4 mounting screws; I have called Twin-Star a total of 3 times after they promised to call back to resolve the issue but never called me…all I want are the 4 mounting screws (TM4 X 12mm); additionaly I called QVC again and they told me there were several customer complaints who ordered this product stating the screws were missing
Desired outcome: For Twin-Star to mail me the 4 mounting screws, or provide me the technical specs of this screw so I can purchase them myself
