What we believe is this comment was posted as a deception to try and manipulate a spiritual teacher to believe she was sorry so he would then say where he was. The woman was looking for him at the time with sinister motives. The woman has not apologized.

Adrian Freedman did apologize on July 26th 2017 for the actions of Dani Mars husband who was arrest wtih 14 kilos of cannabis although the sincerity of it was dubious. He falsely claimed he never founded Earth Connection Portugal.

For reasons unclear around 5th or 6th August 2017 Adrian Freedman then changed position and incitied a campaign of malicious harassment against a spiritual teacher which involved posting he would be defamed as a peadophile, have his reputation ruined and be subjected to vicious harassment.

Dani Mar and her husband then set up a business called Breath and Sound after the fire destroyed Earth Connection Portugal and in their words, finished their work with ayahuasca.

The pair with Freedmans backing and the husband and family of Dani Mar kept posting sick peadophile jokes, harassment and defamation from Sanctuary 1860 for 2017 and Breath and Sound for 2019,2020, 2021 and 2022. They were told to stop it in April 2017 or be PERMANENTLY CLOSED

Adrian Freedman received over 1,000 emails and a stack of legal cease and desist letters related to behaviour from his organization, his response was to incite harassment, spread lies and incite the publication of malicious falsehood as well as violate the GDPR, incite others to do it and then serve ayahuasca whilst ordering threats of violence and disgusting harassment.

The ex-husband of Dani Mar WAS posting harassment and death threats on this website before he separated from Dani Mar, she announced the separation on a website named Breath and Sound which went offline in 2021. The pair of them were touring Portugal doing ayahuasca and posting intimidation, peadophile jokes and malicious defamation. They kept at it and Freedman was egging the pair on to do it.

It was done between April 2017 and February 2022 using the emails for Breath and Sound, Lagos. We believe Benjamin Meeus legal advisor to the European Santo Daime Churches had the intimidation and the malicious defamation removed in October 2020, but that is yet to be ascertained.

We believe the father of Benjamin Meeus put up settlement money to resolve the dispute and pay the damages in 2021. Freedman then misappropriated the funding, upset Ben Meeus's father, squandered it on world tours, funding his own ayahuasca retreats, funding Aluna through Dani Mar, stuffed a pile of money in Dani Mar for funding endless without merit court applications and came away with nothing to show for it. The actions of the pair of them, the pair of them meaning Adrian Freedman and Dani Mar condemned Santo Daime with the prohibition and brought shame on Benjamin Meeus's family.

The legal facts of Dani Mar's husbands harassment is on April 17th 2017 he started a campaign of online harassment, cyberstalking and posting tbhreats of violence.

From August 6th 2017 Adrian Freedman and the Ayahuasca Defence Fund sanctioned the behaviour and incited others to do it. Dani Mar and her husband at the time were arrested with 14 kilos of cannabis as well as LSD seals, that is legal truth and beyond dispute.

The ayahuasca community in Portugal were posting malicious allegations, defamation, harassment, posting it was not cannabis when it was, and Dani Mar's husband waged a campaign of cyberstalking and in the legal definition it was sustained 4A stalking using the emails of Breath and Sound and their mobile phones arranged by Dani Mar, her ex-husband, her family and a large number of others in Portugal.

The family of Dani Mar names Alexandra Akat and Attika Akat along with many other people were doing it as well on this website, my website, Retreat Guru and impersonating me, posting defamation and sharing links to death threats. When told to stop it they kept doing it and writing to my website with the Breath and Sound email saying we will never stop doing it. Breath and Sound went offline in April 2021.

They were doing it on police bail, hiding from the authorities, skipping court hearings until the Policia Judiciaria caught up with them in Beja and brought them back into judicial process. They stopped doing it in February 2022, it was stop doing it or have a suspended prison sentence made effective and go to jail.

Adrian Freedman was also caught using his own email, making the same allegations and inciting the behaviour, for which there is much evidence. Dani Mar's husband consented to the publications.

The comments responses by me also come under Qualified Priivilege and reply to attack explaining in part why Adrian Freedman and Dani Mar were DENIED injunctions.

The authorities in the UK forced Freedman to stop inciting harassment and stalking (of me and my family), and he was obligated to stop it. Adrian Freedman and Dani Mar believe they can coerce me to service ayahuasca, her family and finish brahmachariya using intimidation, the pair (and the Ayahuasca Defence Fund in support) are in error, the consequence of their error (caused by a combination of arroganace, hubris, malice and a serious ayahuasca / cannabis / LSD induced psychosis) being a continental level prohibition on Santo Daime (criminalization of ayahuasca).

A Google Privacy Order was obtained against Adrian Freedman, Dani Mar, Attila Akat and Alexandra Akat. The Ayahuasca Defence Fund was also DENIED an injunction.

Complaints Board should also take note some of the people named here have been involved in deliberately passing themselves off as me and have fabricated court orders to Google Legal to try and take off posts by way of making perjurous statements, for which there is evidence also.

There is no court order against me to take off these posts and the evidence is clear, these people started attacking and interfering in my work first, then tried portraying themselves as poor me victims when the intentions went sour.

The evidence shows these people were all behind a nasty campaign of Santo Daime Church ayahuasca, LSD and weed fuelled harassment against me and my community, and they lost.

These people also attempted in various ways to interfere in an old lawsuit involving me (save for Dani Mar's ex-husband who actually had nothing to do with the plot at all, explaining in part why he is clear), in an attempt to get Euros 300,000 (for themselves), without any rightful claim, to fund ayahuasca retreats, their extended families and to fund a network of luxury ayahuasca retreats in Portugal.

Using the defence of honest opinion - that interference was because I refused to go and live at Earth Connection Portugal, serve them and fund their work.

Adrian Freedman, leader of Santo Daime Church supported (and funded) these peoples actions, tried to interfere in my Article 9 religious freedom rights and as a result his own organization Santo Daime Church was stripped of Article 9 religious freedom rights in all of Europe.

These people were not successful in their endeavours and they had to own their own intentions, a lot of these planned "luxury ayahuasca retreats" in Portugal either burned down in foretold fires, were raided by police (for which they are responsible) or went out of business for various other reasons.

The Ayahuasca Defence Fund is a sideshoot of ICEERS which is the International Center for Ethnobotanical Education and Research. They are pseudo legal and they operate from Barcelona and Amsterdam. Their main work is attempting to legalize ayahuasca whilst assisting and funding people in legal trouble for supplying ayahuasca. They repeatedly state on social media and on their website they will never advise, fund or help out unethical people involved with ayahuasca. That is false, the truth is they do exactly the opposite as this case shows.

Their undisclosed work is aiding and abetting malicious harassment of critics and going after anyone deemed a threat to the legal status of ayahuasca. They persist in spouting off the same old persecution stories about people being picked in by the authorities for supplying ayahuasca, whilst blaming the authorities and the legal system for the criminalised status of ayahuasca.

They also post misleading and false information about the legal status of ayahuasca. Anything the Ayahuasca Defence Fund or ICEERS post should be read with a critical eye,

Adrian Freedman and Dani Mar as a pair were also involved in the harassment crime of religiously aggravated 4A stalking and they were backed up by the Ayahuasca Defence Fund to try to make someone finish brahmachariya to then say it was rape using the menace of defame brahmachariya people for rape. People involved with the pair admitted to the act of defaming them for rape.

The predominant motive for the behaviour of this pair was to coerce sexual consent against someones free will using the menace of the threat of violence to force the sexual consent, to then say it was rape, and thus it makes out the offense of delberate and sustained religiously aggravated 4A stalking.

It also falls under attempting to commit offences under the Sexual Offences Act 2003 Section 4, including failed coercion of a rape with menace. The pair were trying to blackmail a spiritual teacher into a sexual relationship to then say it was rape.

The pair were also trying to obtain money for Aluna Healing ayahuasca retreats USA and the menace was falsify rape allegations, harassment, 4A stalking and harassement with privacy violations of a police family in the UK, so that falls under the conspiracy crime of conspiracy to commit extortion and conspiracy to commit blackmail, using unlawful menaces.

The pair tried to blackmail the spiritual teacher into a sexual relationship with the objective of then claiming rape to then attempt to extort money. It is the crime of conspiracy to commit extortion.

The pair kept making false allegations of rape to attempt to coerce sexual consent at the same time. It was done at the same time Aluna brought themselves a new retreat centre, so its extremely suspicious and Freedman paid the woman to do it. The pair were referred to UK authorities for investigation into the crime of conspiracy to commit extortion done by a criminal organisation importing Class A drugs.

Charlotte Walsh legal advisor to Ayahuasca Defence Fund was also DENIED an injunction.

The woman Dani Mar was also involved in sending the spiritual teacher disgusting images of blow up dolls and penis faces, adding him to porn sites and then people involved with her trying to frame him unsuccessfully for accessing indecent images of young boys. It means between the lines, if you wont have sex with Dani Mar, we are going to keep maliciously accusing you of sexual offences, sending obscene sexual harassment and then tell everyone your a pedophile and make it look like your violating children.

There is evidence to back up the claims made and it coincides with the Ayahuasca Defence Fund getting legal advisories so they were involved also in attempting to coerce sexual consent. The pair by proxy also admitted making false rape allegations and then by proxy went on to say they wouldnt stop doing it.

They were also using a Buddhist cult involved in coercion of sexual free will, indecent exposure to minors, rape of minors, and who were involved in a string of sexual assaults, who were also DENIED legal relief. They were also involved in interference with Article 8. The evidence incriminated Dani Mar as it was her and her family ordering the harassment to start with and a Buddhist cult was obligated to stop assisting her to attempt to coerce sexual free will. The woman was trying to coerce the sexual consent of a spiritual teacher with harassment and also attempting to enact revenge for a perceived umbrage, the umbrage being he wouldnt finish brahmachariya and service the ayahuasca works.

The woman was behind almost all of the harassment from the start because the spiritual teacher refused to drop Article 9, give her and her at the time husband a sexual relationship, be a third agent in their relationship, fund their work and service the ayahuasca work of the family. The nexus of her actions are if you wont have sex with me I will defame you for rape and my Santo Daime Church will back me up.

It falls under attempted coercion of sexual free will wtih extremely malignant motives and it totally destroyed the religious liberties of several hundred thousand people, ruined many peoples lives and caused a lot of suffering in the ayahuasca community in Portugal.

Freedman and the Ayahuasca Defence Fund backed the woman up, the pair of them were punished by the cancellation of Article 9 religious liberties ayahuasca in many countries of Europe.

The facts around the numerous foretold fires at Earth Connection Portugal, Sanctuary 1860, Gravito and other places including Lagos and Monchique are that each time these people kept posting threats of violence and harassment before their work with ayahuasca from all of those places, I foresaw in visions fires in all of these places, and then as foretold, the fires came to all of these places and badly damaged or destroyed them.

Using the defence of honest opinion and as said elsewhere

In brief, the ayahuasca community (foolishly) kept threatening me with violence before ayahuasca in order to force themselves into my energy, to make me be non-consensually fused in the astral planes with Dani Mar using astral planes witchcraft - using the defence of honest opinion based on evidence - thats why the fires happened.

I foresaw on countless occasions various ayahuasca retreat centres destroyed in fires and the prophecies came true, the people in the complaint were warned many times threatening me with violence before ayahuasca was unwise, and they were forewarned about the fires.

Earth Connection Portugal, Sanctuary 1860, Gravito was involved in repeatedly threatening me with violence, assisting the aggressors and then lying about it. The facts are the fires at Earth Connection Portugal, Sanctuary 1860, Gravito (and many other places as well) were foretold before it happened and it coincided with Dani Mar doing ayahuasca with those threatening me with violence in order to try and force my energy into ayahuasca ceremony.

They were warned such an action was ill-advised and a week later, using the legal defence of honest opinion, in June 2017 a foretold fire bearing the hallmarks of divine retribution badly damaged Gravito and killed 64 people. In October 2017 the same thing happened again (people posting threats of violence before ayahuasca) and Earth Connection Portugal and Sanctuary 1860 were both destroyed by foretold fires.

I became immune to the witchcraft used and it was simply gatecrashing my energy in ayahuasca using intimidation to get energy and these people (falsely) believe they have the right to force my energy in ayahuasca ceremonies by way of posting or sending threats of violence just before the sessions.

The energy facts of this dispute are that since 2016 Dani Mar and the ayahuasca community were advised that I never wished to serve this woman, the ayahuasca community nor her family at Sanctuary 1860 citing the disallowed use of my energy in service of ayahuasca. Since then the woman and the entire ayahuasca community objected, making false arrogation claims on my energy in ayahuasca.

The end result is the Santo Daime Church criminalized, stripped of energy and stripped of legal status, which was their intentions. The woman interfered in my legal business with bad motives, failed and cursed Santo Daime with the ban (on honest opinion).

The woman and anors were warned repeatedly in 2017,2018,2019, 2020 and 2021 to stop posting intimidation before ayahuasca, to stop ayahuasca (because of foretold fires), to clean up their ethical (and legal act) after which en mass the ayahuasca community with the backup of Adrian Freedman began a series of malicious attacks designed to force me to serve ayahuasca.

The womans family at Sanctuary 1860 also kept reposting Dani Mar's husbands threats, adding their own, inciting Dani Mar's husband to keep at it, and their friends were posting sick lies until the foretold fire destroyed Earth Connection Portugal and Sanctuary 1860, both places doing ayahuasca.

In response to Cease and Desists, legal communications and being CC'd in police reports, they escalated the behaviour, as a result people got arrested for ayahuasca in Portugal.

The nexus of Freedmans actions were, serve the ayahuasca work of Dani Mar, or we put you in a wheelchair and smear you as a mentally sick pedophile, and report you to the cops for pedophilia and rape, and we will pay people to do it, and we will keep stalking you and your wife, and we wont stop doing it until you serve ayahuasca, and the Ayahuasca Defense Fund will back me up (as they did, to their detriment, appearing as prohibition for ayahuasca).

Adrian Freedman and anors was warned in May 2017 and July 2017 (and at many other times) of catastophic fires destroying ayahuasca retreat centres, after which he had me threatened, stalked and smeared as mentally ill, for which there is much evidence.

Such fires then happened as foretold and after Freedman's ayahuasca work in October 2017 a second (foretold) deadly fire gutted a bunch of additional ayahuasca retreats on top of the June 2017 fire that gutted Gravito.

The idiot kept showing up in Portugal inciting harassment before his ayahuasca works as well and his actions cost him the legal status of his Santo Daime (as foretold).

Not only was the Gravito fire foretold but the Earth Connection Portugal fire was foretold, the Sanctuary 1860 fire was foretold, the Caminho da Luz fire was foretold, the Lagos fire fire was foretold, the Monchique fire was foretold, and a fire was foretold in Temple of the Earth, Dharma Garden and Senses Camping.

On evidence a police raid for ayahuasca (such as Senses Camping) stopped a foretold fire from happening and it can be substantiated why that is.

The woman is BARRED from our community and our retreat centre, we are not serving this womans work with ayahuasca and a fire was also foretold several times at Aluna Ayahuasca Retreat in the USA.

There is plenty of evidence to back up all the statements made.

Adrian Freedman and Dani Mar were DENIED injunctions.

Anyone who has received Lotus Cura Santo Daime retreat event emails or any other ayahuasca retreats event emails from Adrian Freedman or Dani Mar that refer to me, or any other emails and communications from Freedman that refer to me and defame me maliciously, or violate my privacy, people can find me on the internet and contact me with the information and it will be treated in strictest confidence. People can also do it anonymously, black out their names and just send the info.

Adrian Freedmans Santo Daime organization was DISSOLVED in 2018 as a direct result of this legal dispute which he LOST, he now supplies ayahuasca (illegally and without legal authorization) under the organization name of Lotus Cura which has absolutely nothing to do with me, my centre and our work.

We are NOT responsible for the legal persecution problems afflicting the Santo Daime Church and ithe story of its legal status, Freedman tried to shove onto us a lot of nasty persecution karma that also has nothing to do with us. He had to have it (it meaning the nasty persecution karma) back and his Santo Daime Church has been CRIMINALIZED in every country of Europe (as foretold).

Freedman and his Church members kept defaming, harassing, slandering and threatening me and members of my community in revenge for an arrest by the GNR that seized 14 kilos of cannabis that was NOT my cannabis, nor my legal responsibility, and legally was defined as wilful malice.

The woman named Dani Mar was interfering in my legal business with very dubious motives and without ascertaining the relevant facts in 2016 to assist a company to try and criminalize me in bad fath (which comes under the term of legal persecution) to sue me for 1.6 million in damages and without telling her now ex-husband to get rid of the 14 kilos of cannabis sacks.

That business was DENIED and that business is now PERMANENTLY CLOSED.

When they (they meaning the leaders of Earth Connection Portugal to quote the Ayahuasca Defence Fund) were arrested with the 14 kilos of cannabis, they started attacking my reputation, persecuting me, and they lost an online smearing war that involved trying to discredit my reputation.

What then happened was the Santo Daime was struck with a bane (aka a curse) of what they complain to be legal persecution and its their karma for interferinbg in my legal business and persecuting me en mass in the name of ayahuasca.

In 2017 they were warned, persecute me with malice and you will have the prohibition of ayahuasca in every country, and thats exactly what went down. They were also forewarned about these fires.

Ayahuasca is NOT used in my centre and we do not work with people who use the substance, the fires story and the legal story is required entry level understanding for would be students.

For the record I was NOT the Youtuber that exposed Santo Daime in Spain resulting in a series of crackdowns and arrests on ayahuasca facilitators in Spain, nor am I involved with him.

What happened was the Ayahuasca Defence Fund based in Barcelona, Spain, defaulted on the GDPR, kept violating my privacy (including wilful malice interference in Article 8), kept violating the privacy of my police family in England (with malice) and the result was (as foretold) the Spanish authorities started cracking down on the cult known as Santo Daime.

At the same time Freedman also (with the backing of the Ayahuasca Defence Fund kept violating my privacy and slagging me off as mentally ill in Santo Daime communications and so poetic justice had someone record videos of illicit Santo daime works in Spain and upload it to Youtube. It is their fault for violating my privacy, lying about it and stalking me and my wife with nasty threats, and then posting up I was ill and would be killed before cops can help.

When the Ayahuasca Defence Fund were warned in 2018 of the criminalization of ayahuasca in Spain, they kept inciting people to post up defamation, lies and threats of violence to me. It was done deliberately and ordered from Spanish soil.

The prohibition of ayahuasca is coming to Spain and its nithing to do with me, the end result of blaming me for the legal status of ayahuasca and trying to shove persecution karma onto us is a Europe-wide curse of criminalization of ayahuasca and a foretold 2,500 arrests.

The Ayahuasca Defence Fund and Freedman, with backing from Benjamin Meeus, tried to frame me for peodophilia and rape, with wilful malice, and FAILED.

Their (somewhat deranged and deluded) story is then, I am obligated to service Dani Mar, finish brahmachariya and fund Aluna, and do what their religious doctrines demand, or be ruthlessly stalked, persecuted and defamed for peodophilia and defamed for rape.

They are in error on Aricle 9 and the consequence of THEIR actions is the cancellation of Article 9 throughout Europe resulting in criminalization of ayahuasca.

what we believe is santo daime interfered with this mans free will on faulty premise and a race of ayahuasca tried to become powerful with his energy and then dump off their persecutions karma in him. it reads as these people tried to dump their karma on him and his star beings disagreed.

they wanted him to be a slave to their expectations and surrender his essence with his identity to them. iceers wrote on facebook its madness. they kept complaining he was beyond the law of the earth courts and people posted we are from a higher moral race. the texts say freedmans constrained by the earth court and its written as article 9 you cant make someone service a religion.

santo daime hardly have the moral high ground either. and theis man as the moral high ground on free will. it reads as these people tried to dump their karma on him and his star beings disagreed.

it means they arent allowed to interfere with his free will and they keep using up their energy to try and force him to service them. in borg terms they wanted to assimilate him into their hive mind and the voyager finished the borg.

what the borg do is assimilate peoples uniqueness and this man refused assimilation into the hive mind of santo daime. for atums curse or habelers curse the hive mind is wasted and its a curse on santo daimes astral borg. he never wanted the rope in the hive mind and his star beings got in to take it out.

it means they lost all their energy as karma and thats what is meant by race waste. they tried to steal his energy and his star beings gave back the intent. the santo daime texts say the doctrine forces you to join the hive mind and you have to so their wrong. this man doesnt have to service santo daime. ive read some of the texts about race waste and the information about the fires so i know the teachings.

It should be noted as a legal comment that if people interfere in my legal affairs and my energy, I am not then responsible for the resultant effects when they do not go as people intended.

What Mandy is basically saying is that Divine Law supersedes Earth Law and that my Article 9 rights isn't something to be interfered in, and in Earth Law appears as an absolute Article 9 right. The Article 9 rights of several hundred thousand others are not absolute, and the authorities can interfere in them (and make a prohibition ayahuasca), and the illegal status of ayahuasca is not really my problem and it is a problem they have had that predates the dispute with me.

Nor am I responsible if the Higher Powers favour me over them and makes divine reparations for interference in my energy and work. The legal facts are these people had at least 265 (two hundred and sixty five) emails explaining that I was not interested in servicing their religion and more related to the issue of "not wanting the rope". which is in essence interference in Article 9 and free will.

It should be noted that The European Court of Human Rights has found that a person cannot be forced to demonstrate views or behaviour associated with a particular religion, and that means my Article 9 is clearly absolute, in Earth Law as well as in Divine Law. Nor am I in any Earth court but Santo Daime are.
