East Carolina Metal Roof Supply
Owner Greg LaPierre
Harbinger NC

Contracted Greg of EC Metal Roof to install gutters on a new construction. He said he had been doing gutters for over 30 years and a supervisor would be at the job site at all times. Only one day was someone their to see that the job was done right. Before the job was done it rained and all the gutters leaked. They said they worked on leaks when they were finishing up the install. He was paid in full and said if there was a problem he would come and take care of it. All the seams leak and part of the gutter does not drain. He put the downspouts up with screws 1/4 inch long that have already pulled out of the siding. We have called him over and over for months and he keeps making appointments to come, This has been going on for 6 months now. He is a smooth talker, a con man who does sloppy work and will not honor his word to make gutters right. This has been reported to the BBB but we as of this date we have had no results. Any one in the Outer Banks area of NC beware this company is a RIPOFF.

Contracted Greg Lapierre to install new gutters and remove old ones from a commercial grocery store with a flat roof. Job was not supervised and workers caused damage to the roof and did not install the new gutters right causing major leaks during rain. Had my roofer come out to PROPERLY fix the damage. Talked to Greg who said he would pay for the repairs which cost almost $700. Of course have heard nothing from him since and he refuses to return messages.
