I have asked you to refund me the two charges of $179.88 you charged to my credit card on 11/28/2022 and 23, totaling $359.76. It is a wrong charge because I stopped using your service and tried to cancel the account just a few months after the subscription on 11/28/2021. I do not know why it is still there and why you did not remove my account. Anyway, please refund me $359.76 to my credit card on your file.
While I am asking you to get back to me through my email and refund me the money, I am trying to do the deactivation online again now. However. It seems not possible for me to do that because after clicking the Deactivation button it asks to unsubscribe it first and there isn't anywhere for me to be able to do that! I think that could very much be the reason why the subscription has never been realized. It is a hidden trick to keep the customer continuously renewing yearly without their awareness, and it is a bad practice! Please remove my account immediately.
