I get anywhere from 5 to 8 calls a day from [protected] and when I asked them for info they gave me a customer service number which is [protected]. When I checked it out online it brought up info on Easy Help Center. Everyone that call's has an accent and I asked them to delete my number and not call back, they refused and demande my credit card info which I refused to give.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I've never even heard of this company and my bank statement shows they have charged me a membership fee and I don't even who the hell they are and I want to know how they accessed my checking account to charge such a thing! Not only am I a Police Officer who is on a tear about this but I will find out and I will be at my bank monday morning.

i want to cancel the order # 84062 with the confirmation #160747 because i was lied too . told there was no more charge except one time charge of 3.97 and reading contract they sent, wow a 59.98 a month charges . i don't think so and i asked 5 times if there was any other charges and was told no .
