I signed up on Fax87.com for a free trial on 09.30.2014 with order No. 404608. Fax87.com requested me to submit my credit card information to sign up for free on 09.30.2014. The free trial was valid until 10/15/2014. I canceled the free subscription on 10/12/2014 at 2.54 PM PDST.

Then, eFax of J2Global took over fax87.com and started charging $99 per year starting on or about 10/15/2017. Then eFax went on charging $99 per year on 10/15/2018 and 10/15/2019 as well. Then, I received an alert from Bank of America that eFax has been charging my credit card $99 per year and the bank referred to these charges as recurring charges. That is how I came to know of these charges being made to my credit card, which I provided to Fax87.com for free signup. I canceled the free subscription with Fax87.com on 10/12/2014 at 2.54 PM PDST. Also, I canceled the subscription with eFax, which I did not sign up for, on 10/09/2020 with confirmation No. [protected].

Once again, I did not sign up for eFax services and I did not use the fax services at all. I would request that J2Global which owns, or owned eFax refund me a total of $297 at $99 per year charged on 10/15/2017, 10/15/2018

and 10/15/2019.

Desired outcome: Please refund me a total of $297 at $99 per year charged on 10/15/2017, 10/15/2018, and 10/15/2019. Thanks.I wish eFax and J2Global all the best!
