My account has been active since 2023 with a 99.3% positive review rating, and for all this while, I have worked hard to build my store, bringing in a total of 452 sales and establishing this storefront to be a reliable income source.
The suspension was completely out of the blue, as when I last checked on it, it was in excellent standing; the next thing I know is that it was suspended the following morning. I have sent several communications via chat and emails, all in search of some clarifications or maybe a chance at resolving any possible misunderstandings, but all I'm told is that it was due to some internal decision without any specific mention of exact causes.
I recently placed a suspension appeal, which went through but without any detailed explanation. This leaves me very confused and disheartened since I know no specific violations or personal issues that might have brought about this verdict. In such extreme cases, communication and transparency are rather important alongside all else, and more so, I have a huge desire to know what happened and how I can rectify it.
Being a sincere seller myself, I too have never compromised on putting my best into rendering services and products of the highest quality to my customers. My record here shows my commitment to the Eldo community and the great interest I have in making positive contributions through them. I, therefore, humbly request for the thorough revocation of my case, and any specific feedback or directions that would help me retrieve my account will be duly appreciated.
