Do not use My Supernova. It's a pile of lies and promises. I wasted $179.00 for a trial month with a salesman who lied about their company from the beginning. They promise you everything and produce nothing. The account rep they assign you does little or nothing as well. They are a disgrace to this industry!

I paid $98 through PayPal for two 4-wheel transformer wheel mobility scooters on My Supernova. The order number is ***. I was also charged for delivery. However, when I tried to access the site again, it showed up as *** and was labeled as fraudulent. I am now trying to get a refund for the product that was never delivered.

They haven't actually done any advertising on *** yet. Can you believe it? I've been trying to get in touch with them on the phone, but no luck. Can't talk to a real person, and they never bother to call me back. It's been going on for like 4 months now. Can you say frustrating?
