I went to the elite motors dealer and read they had no dealer fees and also could see they have a lot of good brand cars, like Toyota corollas, Avalon, Nissan altima, maxima, Honda and Acuras, Mercedes, jaguars ... and a long list of cars in a very cheap price from $ 3450 to 6700, the years from 2000 to 2007 and mileage between 80.000 to 94.000 every one of them, all looked, in perfect conditions, has it sounded to good to be true i decided to inquiry about a few cars, and end up interested in a Toyota Avalon year 2000 and mileage 91001 . It looked from every aspect neat and a great deal . I even try it and it seemed fine, but the real problem started when i went to buy it . I wanted to run a car-fax and all of them in the office, from the seller to the owner and even the secretary, where trying to persuade me from doing it, saying it wasn't really necessary, I asked if the car was a clean title or a rebuilt, and they assured me it was complete clean, no rebuilt they assured me, I end up signing a contract with them and pay them in cash wish I was still short of $ 289 and compromised myself of paying it in the next week . they even said i didn't needed a proof of insurance to leave the dealer with the car since i had none yet and gave them all the money i had wish was $ 5900, bottom line they only care of taking the money right away . I was about to leave with the car and all, when I decided to take a last look of my contract and read they had a clause that stated the mileage was not accurate, I ask about it and they said it was a problem with the PC program, but that the mileage was accurate, i wanted to run a car fax in their office using their PC and they said they had no internet, wish its a big lie since they needed it to get authorization from Tallahassee for the tag, so in a last resource I took my cellphone and use my internet and run a car fax on the car ... guess what ? the report revealed a severe accident, where the damage was total and the car had to be towed and reconstructed, the title was ! rebuilt !, it had three previous owners and to put the sherry on top of the pie the mileage was not accurate, they said 91.001 and it was 115.545 miles . So everything was a lie from head to toe . I didn't even had to ask for it, they return my money real quick has if they wanted to get rid of me, and they pretended to have no clue about it and blame the auction place where they said they got the car from . So i left the place feeling upset and at the same time relieved that i didn't fall for that scam, but I fell sorry for the rest of the people that where there and buying them cars, since the clause of the mileage its present in every contract they make people sign, no one can complain later since they sign without knowledge of it and most people that go there don't know about contract clauses and the fact that if they sign a contract, afterwards they cannot get their money back or do anything about it . so people if any of you read this, PLEASE DON'T GO TO THAT PLACE, they are a fraud and they are totally violating the laws, they don't care for you, only your money . take good care of you and of your family and friends and pass this news on them, good luck and never go there ...
