Emp of Chicago LLC review: I have no clue

I have no late payment history on all 3 of my credit files. I received an alert that this company has placed 2 collections on my credit report for the same debt which is not mines at all. I have never had any contact with this company via phone, mail, email.

I tried to contact this company and the phone number does not work. My credit score has dropped 45 points. I’m so upset about this. I pay my bills before time every month. No reason to not be responsible for my credit and miss paying I’ve person. Not that I owe this company anything. It’s the inconvenience that the consumer has to experience because of others greedy behavior.
