Hello,

I believe that someone has fraudulently used my email address to set up an account on your platform. I received emails from you today and I have never used your platform before. When I went to your site to investigate it automatically logged me into an account with the name Ashley Rosa. I logged out and obviously do not know the login information to get back into this fraudulent account. I have NOT agreed to accept or use any part of your platform or to accept your cryptocurrency so if any problem arises under the email address [protected]@yahoo.com, it is NOT my responsibility because someone has hacked my account and is up to no good.

Hi there,

I was shocked when Empowr deducted 1500 USD from my PayPal account on 21/08/2017 in the name of Power User charges.

With much difficulty, the refund was available for early cashout and I early cashout this refund on 13/10/2017 i.e. more than 2 months ago.

But Empowr have still not sent this refund to my PayPal account though more than 2 months have passed.

All my efforts to contact [protected]@empowr.com and success coach did not yielded any results.

I want my hard earned money back and want to know when will I receive this refund in my PayPal account?

My fanbox empower account [protected]@yahoo.co.uk is not allowing me log in and I have a lot of materials and adverts and friends there, I did not close the account especially my orange account
I was an early fanbox member before it became empower, I earned 6400 account and 3000dollars on orange account.
I am very upset
I have not been able to log in
I am informed by California attorney general office you should not be closing my account

Why did you people take money out of my PayPal. That's the last money for my rent and empowr took it away. I want my money refunded as quickly as possible. Why the hell did you people take my money. Without my permission. I didn't even give me PayPal account to you. If this is a scam you better return my money. Empowr return my money. You people should refund my money.

$25 was taken out of my account that's was not authorized. I am trying to delete my account but they will not let me reset my password or help me reset it because I forgot the password I used. No one will pick up on the phone when I call. Just a devoted greeting to leave my name and number which I did and no one still will not return my call. I would like to cancel my subscription ASAP! I do not authorize permission to take money out of my paypal account. My next call is better business bureau to report this.

Ever since I have started working on empowr, I have tried to validate my account several times but still I can not get through. I do not know why, hence I have managed to make so much money...and some pre approved payments,
Even my success coach tried to give me all the necessary steps of how to validate my empowr account and it did not go through as well, yet I have a paypal account.
Please assist me if you could.

Today Nov. 27, 2017 Empowr withdrew $100. from my PayPal account. I have a brand new debit card that I never submitted to Empowr. I have never used this Empowr thing since I signed up. A few months ago they deducted $25. from my Paypal account that was also unauthorized by me. I have contacted my so-called coach about this, I have written emails, and called them using the phone number I found. I had to leave a voicemail but do not expect to hear back from them. In their Terms of Conditions, it says you can cancel anytime but emailing support. I have done that too to no avail. Now I have deleted my account and time will tell if they still attempt to take money through PayPal.

I wish to inform you that my UOB credit card has been charged by empowr.com for this month starting from 12 October 2017 to 7 November 2017 for the amount of SGD $ 914.46 . Last month from 18 September 2017 to 11 October 2017 the amount was SGD $1400.00 The total amount paid to empowr.com was SGD $2314.46. The description of transaction is stated as" PayPal Empowr [protected]". With that said my financial status has been badly affected. Also early this morning I made a silly mistake by degrading my empowr level to" Green " thereby changing my balance account from $8100.00 to $3383.52. I wish to go back to my former Blue Second Degree level status and have my balance account back to $8100.00. As I had quite a big balance account of $8100.00 I don't want use my PayPal - Credit Card to make any more payments to empowr.com except for my monthly Platform fee account. If what I am suggesting is not possible, then I would like to request a refund of all the money I have paid to empowr.com using my UOB credit card. Honestly I love to be in this program.

Empowr.com has taken $150 from my PayPal account and I requested a refund, but they don`t pay back. The support isn`t answering emails and either PayPal nor Empowr.com is helping to get my money back! I am writing emails and emails but no money! This is a fraud site!

I was in touch with PayPal first after they book my money and I couldn`t find contact details from empowr. PayPal said they can`t do anything. Then I got in touch with [protected]@empowr.com but they don`t answer. I`ve sent so many emails, no chance.

Then I am all the time touch with my "Empowr Coach", he is telling me he provided all the info to Empowr, I should have just patient, but he is not providing proof that he really contacted him. He tries all the time just to get me back to any activities, even I told him I do nothing until I have my money back.

This is such a SCAM site. No chance of help and I still waiting to get my 150$ back.

A charge of $100 was taken from my account through pay pal on November 1st 2017

I would like my money refunded asap. There is no direct number to contact empowr, and it's frustrating dealing with the website.

Why am I not able to post any photos to complete my daily goals?
The problem is on my empower.com webpage when I choose a photo to post it disappear so I am not able to post any photo. Why is this happening it only started this morning. I did not have this problem before and I don't see why I am having this problem now. The photos I am posting are all free to use and can be posted. I am just wondering if there is some sort of of conspiracy against me as the response I get from posting the photos are ver good.

Please explain why I am not able to post any photo?

On a Saturday night Empowr took 750.00 from my account to upgrade my power user status. I have not been on the site for a year and thought it was inactive. After stressing until Monday and still no resolution by Thursday. I talked to the bank, paypal, and my success coach, all to no avail. As you can see I didn't purchase anything and it was "automatic". I can't request a refund with the new power status for whatever reason. Then to downgrade will cost more money... Very frustrating. I just want a refund and to close the account completely.
