Engen One Stop Kranskop review: The disgusting state of the women's toilets.

The Kranskop toilets are unacceptable for a One Stop Engen National road service. They are filthy. There is no soap in any of the soap dispensers. Many of the toilet door locks are broken. Some toilets don't flush and are over-flowing with waste. And all the toilets are filthy. It is an utter disgrace and speaks to Engen either not employing cleaners to regularly maintain these facilities or to appalling poor management of your facility. This is not a sudden problem - this is weeks if not months of utter neglect of the facility. Please can you explain why this is happening on a major tourist thoroughfare? I've never had this experience before.
