My AT&T phone bill this month had a charge of $14.95 billled by Enchanced Services Billing In. on behalf of Netwrk Assurance Inc. I have no idea of whom the above two companies are and I never requested any type of service from either organization. Therefore, I consider this a "cramming" charge. What further steps can I take to STOP this ?

I have been billed through ATT for Enhanced Services Billing, Inc. I have no idea how I started whatever service they are suspose to provide. I also have no idea how the service was started or how to use it. I am refusing to pay for the service.

I have NO idea where this came from. At&T told me it was a scam and it happens often. Enhanced Services Billing, Inc. told me that I signed up on the internet under My I Products. I have never seen, heard, anything. I have popblocker and antivirus protection. BEWARE and always check your phone bills.
