I ordered a Kitchen Aide mixer, advertised on FB, on August 31, 2018 for $67.57 To this day, I have never received a confirmation email or notice from this company. Next week will be a month and getting concerned. There was a money conversion noted on my charge statement. EPL*KIAFOWN CO Shenzhen was on my charge statement.
What should I do ? Have you had other complaints about this?
I too ordered a mixer on Sept 9/18, charged $71.08, I should have known that it was probably a scam . The credit card bank have not removed this chage
I am from Argentina. I also ordered a Kitchen aid. The charge entered on my CC on September 1st. Still waiting a signal...
I ordered on 08/31/2018 as well and was charged $67.36. To date, January 2019, no mixer and now the bank will not dispute the charge as 60 days has elapsed.
I bought 2 guitars last month and so far nothing, on 03/13/2019, this site is a scam, theft ! Do not buy anything.
