My mom bought a package of several vouchers for Midori Hotel Clark under EPS. It stated that we have to book the free overnight stay 3 weeks prior to the date. We called them first week of August 2017 to reserve an overnight stay at Midori for September 23, 2017. I tried confirming this booking several times if it was confirmed as I am going to book another room with the hotel. I booked another room directly to the hotel without any problem. Now, 2 days before the reservation date, I was asking EPS where our confirmation was and I was informed that they do not have a booking for us! This company will bug you to buy their vouchers but in the end you'll just have a headache!
i bought package of several accommodation vouchers from EPS Business Consultance for Belmont Hotels last November 17, 2016. for the past several years, i was not able to use said vouchers because of my busy schedule in the office. and when i'm ready to use said vouchers, the numbers stated in the cover letter of the vouchers are not working. they did not even inform us of such changes.
