I got an alert that a major derogatory had posted to my Experian report. Being that other than one or two little baddies due to drop off soon, I had pretty much cleaned up my credit reports, so I had no idea what this could be. I went to check and there is an entry from "Escallate, LLC", supposedly collecting on a non-debt from 2004 to a property management company (another complaint in itself). I had been through this with Fidelity Credit Management in August and September 2004, did the DV route, even provided them with information proving that this "debt" was not valid and I welcomed the opportunity to face the original creditor in court (just as 16 other tenants did last week for pretty much the same violations). Fidelity backed off and closed the file and also deleted from my credit reports.

After less than a minute of research on Escallate, I find their website, which proclaims for all the world to see.."formerly known as Fidelity Credit Management". So "Escallate" claims that the account was "opened 6/2007". Unfortunately (for them that is), I still have almost all of my documentation from 2004, including the nice autograph of one "R. Rahib", who is now listed at the "Sales Manager" for Escallate, and his bio goes on and on about how he founded Fidelity Credit Management. Is that a coincidence or what? (sarcasm dripping)

Already disputed (it has shown on Transunion as well), fired off letters to the current corporate ownership, as well as the Ohio and California AG. Additionally, an attorney in S. California has already contacted me, as he is very interested in filing a case for me, as he has been very successful in the past against Fidelity Credit Management. He said to give them ten days to correct their "mistake", then we take it to the next level.

I completely agree. I worked for Fidelity Credit Management since they officially opened in July of 2003. They did nothing but scam people and rip off customers (debtors and clients) since the teamed up with Marwan Kashou. The man is a sleeze bag, and he is now the CFO/President of Escallate. The company is bad news, and if you ever get a letter or a call from them sue them immediately because the money is probably not actually owed. If it is owed and paid, if Marwan Kashou is involved, the original creditor may never even see thier payment. The majority of the payments I saw come in were from people that knew they did not actually owe the money, they just didn't want it on their credit bureau.

Hey Dale,

It may be wise of you to grow up and take responsibility for your own actions that ultimately lead to your termination from Escallate/FCM and many other jobs that you have been terminated from, rather than libeling Marwan who was generous enough to allow you to keep your job despite many obvious, and dangerous problems that you had during your employment under him. You were consistently loud, obnoxious, rude, racist, threatening, and testing the limits of your superiors. Maybe when you can acknowledge your drawbacks and limitations as an employee and a human being you will be able to keep a job and not have to waste your time posting completely false statements on web forums. If there were any illegal or underhanded events that took place at Escallate/FCM they could almost always be traced back to your desk (which was in your own office that you had demanded, and were lucky enough to have been granted) and your phone. You were constantly warned about your actions and hostile language toward debtors AND clients. Your actions continually served to undermine the reputation and well being of Escallate/FCM, its employees, and clients. Own up to your actions and learn to deal with reality, because if you continue to fail at doing so, you will forever find yourself at odds with your employers and looking for petty and childish ways for releasing your anger and guilt.

Best,

By the way, in case any of you out there reading this are questioning the validity of Dale's comments, I recommend checking out his myspace: http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewProfile&friendID=408223896

Dale, I have to admit, the rohyphnol poster, all the pictures of you with joints and pipes, and all of your academic "majors and minors" ("smoking pot" and "dropping acid") really do serve to support your claim against Marwan and Escallate/FCM. Well done sir!

Sorry everyone, just one more thing, in case you don't have the time to check out his myspace, here is a piece of information that Dale felt the public needed to see. Make what you like of this. Listed under his "Heroes" section on his myspace, he included "the guy who shot Martin Luther King".
