I have been a member of this medical insurance since 2017,, for once I am unable to pay due to unpaid maternity leave, I got an sms and an email saying they can deduct triple my premium on the 25th of may and when I replied to confirm they can as I will be back at work, their consultant told me that my policy has lapsed. I really loved this policy and it's a shame we have to go our separate ways simply because they don't even offer payment holidays for their clients. I guess when I'm back at work in May I will have to consider another medical insurance.
