To stop unwanted charges on Etisalat, you have to unsubscribe by sending "MCO" to 1012.

To unsubscribe from the Internet Calling Plan on Etisalat, send ‘CCP’ to 1012 or use an app.

To unsubscribe from the eLife Internet Calling Plan, dial 101 or use an app.

After ordering a new eLife connection online, one of Etisalat's representatives will contact you to schedule an installation. If you are a new user, you will have to provide your documents (Emirates ID or passport, a Valid tenancy contract, and visa) to continue the installation process.

You will see 0 AED fee or a credit for the installation on your first Etisalat invoice.

• Head to the nearest Etisalat Business Centre

You can activate files per minute on Etisalat 5 by dialing *800# or by using the My Etisalat app.

To activate low call on Etisalat, dial *135*80#, choose your country, and follow the instructions.

To check your Etisalat remaining balance, send “usage” to 1012.

To activate your Etisalat SIM card, follow these steps:

• Put your SIM in your phone.
• Go to any Etisalat outlet and access the internet.
• Log in to the My Etisalat UAE app
• Choose “Activate your eSIM” from the dashboard.
• Select “Activate eSIM”

To activate your Etisalat eSIM card, follow these steps:

• Go to any Etisalat outlet to inscribe the eSIM to your phone
• Receive the QR code from an Etisalat agent or an app
• Scan it on the phone you want to use your eSIM on
